affiliate site with $950 revenue in April

This is a ClickBank site with $954.57 revenue in April, with $-70.50 in refunds, $679.62 in Adwords costs, $7.27 in adsense earnings so it made 200+ in Profit in April (I made the site earlier and didn't change much in April so it was autopilot). I am not going to give the URL out so do not ask but I can give more detailed adwords stats and information only to serious buyers.

Clickbank Stats:

GTS2 (Tracking ID) - 40 products sold, 3 refunds 37, net sales $954.57 revenues $-70.50 refunds $884.07 net after refunds 7.39% refund rate

Adwords stats:
1,424 clicks 31,988 impressions 4.45% ctr $0.48 cpc $679.62 total cost 2.95% conversion rate $16.18 cost per conversion 42 conversions.

As you can see adwords reported 2 more conversions than showed up in my clickbank account, it does that sometimes (people clear the cookies or something).

So why I am selling? Well I do not like that clickbank pays out bimonthly net 15 and holds 10% of revenues for several weeks passed and on adwords I have been maxing out credit limits on cards so I am trying to get higher returns and would rather just sell this site now for a lump sum and use the money for more PPC than to continue with this site. It is a great opportunity you can advertise it in yahoo and msn as well since I have only been advertising in google

So what you are bidding on, if you win the auction you will get all of my stats for the adwords campaign and all of the ad variations and keywords so you can duplicate it exactly or I can even continue the ad if you pre pay me in advance. You will get the domain and the site which has an aweber mailing list, mine has 250 active members from the site but I am not sure how to transfer them anyway you can put your own list setup on the site with 3 e-mails I have pre set up and earn with other affiliate offers in those e-mails. I did not include revenue from the offers I sent through the e-mail list above so just consider it an added bonus. Also on Today (May 01) I tried out a new ad copy and it got 8% ctr(2x last month average), I will give it to you and you can make more from this site you can view the screenshothere Again I will not give the URL to anyone unless you are very serious and not just able to buy and looking.

I will sell this for no less than $1500, with a bit of work and tweaking in adwords you can make it more profitable plus you can use yahoo and msn since I haven't used them yet for this site.
