Affiliate Programs with Incentive Based Offers and Pays with PayPal

    I am looking for an Affiliate Program with lots of easy Incentive Based Offers (e.g. email submits etc) and pays via PayPal

    What are the best ones? I am already with CPA storm but am after a network with lots of incentivized offers

    Any help would be much appreciated,

    There's a few cpa networks on the directory in my sig that has incentive offers, but not all of them. Hope that helps and good luck.

    i have seen alot of people using instantdollarz
    i have tryed applying there but i never recieve my confirmation email which is strange.

    Pepperjam do not allow paypal payout anymore, the only available is to get WireTransfer or Check to your account name. They removed paypal since 2009
