I was looking for affiliate programs that you can make money for by referring more affilates. If you know of any please tell me it's very much appreciated.

Do you mean something that pays a bounty for each new affiliate you sign up for them, or something with a multi-tiered pay plan?

Try doing a Google search for "2 Tier Affiliate Program"

Almost every market has some 2 tier affiliate programs. But recruiting other affiliates is not always very productive unless you have a large reach and center of influence in a particular market.

Is there a specific type of product you are interested in or do you just want a bunch of 2 tier programs?

WordTracker is one... I think I'm up to ~300 sub-affiliates. Although if you put them all together, they drive about 1% of the traffic/income that I do. Bastards. :)

It all depends on what kind of website you have. If it's some sort of affiliate program directory used by people who are starting out on the web than it can be. Thank you for your help.

I've done good with a few, specifically:

Ken Evoy's 5 Pillar Affiliate Program

    Yanik Silver's Surefire Marketing Program

Those are both internet marketing related... but the two I've done the best with to date (2nd Tier earnings). With Yanik's program, it's his Public Domain material that is selling so well.

This program I am racking up on, and it's two tier (about eBay):

    Online Auction Academy

(I am currently earning $7/lead on this one... but you can choose to get paid per sale, too... and the potential earnings from 2nd tier are GREAT!)
