Affiliate programs that pay per click you send?

    Do you know any affiliate programs that pay per click you send rather than per lead or per sale?

    I've found a few on Clixgalore. I wonder if there are others on other networks?

    www.SparkLeads.com has a bunch that allow incentives and that can be done on a daily basis.
