I have not seen a list. Services like DoubleClick provide xls data that one can convert for use with a web site. iTunes w/linkshare allows users to create xml feeds that can be used with programs to deliver data to pages. I have created several affiliate interfaces for my sites. Apartment Finder, itunes, Barnes & Noble. I have not investigated CJ thoroughly-- but think they have done a lot of work in this area. Q...
