Affiliate Programs that don't require TAX ID?

I'm in CT, USA and would like to know if there are any affiliate companies (in USA or out of USA) that I can join that don't require Tax ID information so I don't have to file tax for money I make. I'm asking this because my parents manage this tax stuff and I want to give affiliate program a try, and don't want to file tax for small amount I make.

Anyone know of any affiliate programs?

 

MoreNiche is UK Based and they don't require a TAX ID.

 

If you make at least $600 you are required to fill out the tax info and report that to the IRS.

 

What if the affiliate program that I have is out of USA? I don't think IRS has anything to do with any other country besides USA.

Or do you still have to file tax?

CX Digital Media shall compile, calculate and electronically deliver data required to determine Publishers billing and compensation. Any questions regarding the data provided by CX Digital Media need to be submitted in writing within 10 business days of receipt, otherwise the information will be deemed accurate and accepted as such by Publisher. All amounts will be paid in US dollars. No checks will be issued for any amounts less than $50 US Dollars (the "Payment Threshold"). All such amounts below the Payment Threshold shall be aggregated and paid when the Payment Threshold has been met. CX Digital Media will not pay for any Events that occur before a Program is initiated, or after a program terminates. Invoices submitted to CX Digital Media and payments made to Publisher shall be based on the Events as reported by CX Digital Media. CX Digital Media will not be responsible to compensate Publisher for Events that are not recorded due to Publisher's error or for non payment by the Advertiser. CX Digital Media may require a Publisher to provide a W-9, and similar such information, as a condition to payment.

 

If you earn income it IS TAXABLE in the USA. You may not get caught but it is still taxable.

 

What if the company paying me is from out of USA. The tax rules don't apply. And they don't report my earnings to IRS? I mean some of the affiliate programs that are refereed above that are not in USA that don't require Tax Information.

Also what if their paying me via PayPal.

I don't think it can be taxable.
