    You've been spamming with referral links on multiple threads. It seems like with 100 posts; you'd notice there was a lack of referral spam in other posts. Aside from the forum, these are high traffic forums and i'm sure you can get free referrals - but you can easily get your accounts canceled, as your breaking the anti-spam policy of your affiliates. Each of these programs holds affiliates to a strict standard.

    Here are the best affiliates in my opinion that pay via PayPal: Instant Dollarz, CPA Empire, Max Bounty, Dark Blue, NeverBlueLeads and there are many more. If you need additional advice or help finding programs with more specific information, just let us know. Fortunately, many Affiliate Networks offer a PayPal payment option these days.     I think those 4 are the beste Instant Dollarz, CPA Empire, Max Bounty, Dark Blue.They all pay by paypal and without no delays.
