    I feel I can make more with my directory so I would like to see some reviews and suggestions.

    I think you should consider drastically simplifying and organizing the site. There way too much going on. I would start by clearly indication what the site is with a new header. The site title should be more prominent.

    To me it doesn't look attractive. Try to play with different colors. And add a logo too ;)

    I would suggest to change the background colors to something lighter maybe white or beige with darker font. Secondly to create a nice logo might be a good idea. You could start a new thread to ask for logo suggestions if you want.

    This type of directory is a niche within a niche...it's not going to get you many links...
