I signed up for the affiliate program at http://cirtexhosting.com you get $10 by signing up and $30 for everyone you refer. After searching the site for the affiliate payout I could not find the amount anywhere on the page so I went into the live support chat and had this cover sation He said the payout level was $40 and I should contact billing to get paid. I contacted billing and this is what they said. Now I have looked everywhere on the website and it doesnt say anything about a $100 payout? What can I do?
1. I don't see where anyone told you the payout was at $40. 2. The terms you agree to when you sign up state: "4. The client that you refer to us must continue utilizing our services for over 30 days for your referral commission to stay valid for that sale. You will need one hundred dollars in commission for payout." That is pretty much the end of it, whether the tech guy made a mistake or not.
