Affiliate program that pays for email captures

I've heard of affiliate programs that pay when a visitor to your site enters their email address. Does anyone know of any programs that deal with this?

I'm a member of commission junction but I can't find any information regarding this specific question.

I use CPA Storm for alot of my email type submit offers, they aren't always email submits, sometimes they have to submit the 2nd page too, but the normally convert well.
