Would anyone be willing to share some affiliate program strategies? I'd pay $5.00 for a good tip.. on how to approach things like "pay per lead" and "pay per click" money generation strategies.
Regarding Pay Per Click the best advice I could give would be. A. Keep your expectations realistic. Just because someone says on a forum that they're making $xx,xxx per month in PPC doesn't mean you will do the same. There are so many variables that go into the equation of what you make. B. Don't overdo, concentrate on sending good, quality traffic to the affiliate programs rather than a large quantity of lesser quality traffic.
For pay per click? Don't click on any of the ads yourself as you will have a straight ban. Optimize them well for your pages, make sure the visitor can see the ads so put them in their faces as soon as they enter the site, but don't blind them. So in other words, position the ads in a good place which is normally nearer to the top, but also make them look apart of your content and not so much like ads. Once that is done, make sure you keep getting some good quality targeted traffic and you should start earning nicely. Also the more targeted the ppc ads are to your sites content the more likely you are to receive clicks on them. Also don't put to many ads on each page of you sites. Hope that helps, also you don't have to worry about the $5. Just a +rep will do, lol.
