    Hi,

I have a question in regards to selling digital products via an affiliate program.

A friend of mine wants me to setup his website so he can sell his product
through affiliates and does not know how to go about setting it up.

The product is digital and it is in the real estate / mortgage niche.

    My question is:

    1. Should I do it through an affiliate network like CJ, Clickbank, Paydotcom, etc. If so, are their requirements to get accepted and which is the best as far as fees and ease of setup.

    2. Should I purchase affiliate management software and if this is the best route, which is the most reliable program out there that can handle something that could possibly get pretty huge.

I am assuming 1 would be the best option if you do not have a name for your product yet but I think that it would be harder to be accepted becuase of this so I am thinking 2 would be the best way to go for now.

Can I have your thoughts and also recommendations of good software or networks I should look into.

    Regards,
    Daniel

Well, I think the best think is that you start with buying affiliate tracking softwear. If thing get too big you can always move to ClickBank or cj. If you start with your own softwear, that could be much cheaper if thinks doesn't work out. With cc, cj,ss you have to pay fees even if you don't make sells (in most cases). I would recomment idevaffiliate, osiaffiliate and post affiliate pro affiliate tracking softwear.

If you're selling a digital product and want to sell it through an affiliate program, then Clickbank and Paydotcom are the best choices.

In case you need a secure platform to sell your product and do not want to share the revenue like you would with clickbank etc, pm me and I'll let you know
