Affiliate program recommendation ?

    Hi guys,

    I would appreciate if you recommend me some good affiliate programs that correspond to the following conditions:

    1) To accept international affiliates AND such that do not want social security number or similar one
    2) To pay via Wire or PayPal
    3) To be suitable for marketing with PPC
    4) To be a reliable company

    Please, do not post your affiliate links. If you convince me that a program is good (without bullshiting me) I would ask you myself for an aff link.
