HI all, I was wondering whether a person really makes huge money out of Hostgator affiliate program. I mean, are there people who make about 50 sales a month of these hosting packages? is this possible???
It is possible, but you have to go way beyond just PPC and organic SEO. People making that number of sales a month are providing huge added value or they have another product or service for which the hosting commission is an upsell.
For sure, I've done very well with Hostgator (and a few other hosting companies). As kennyh says PPC wont cut it, its just too expensive. You need to go beyond that with more relevant type sites, blogs, banners, jv's etc.
