I'm asking this here because it doesn't pertain to any one section in the affiliate programs sections. I was wondering if there was a network that an advertiser could join to collect requests from people looking for products or services to advertise in exchange for a commission. It would be nice to be a part of a network that doesn't require an up-front advertising investment, but one that would just allow us to set up our own referral links via our own Paypal or something so we can pay people directly when someone orders from us. It would be really nice if there was, because I'm in need of one bad.
