Depending on what your website theme is, you can always try Adsense, CJ, ClickBank and other affiliate program network. Google "yourwebtopic + affiliate program" to find the resources.
There is something on my blog that you might find interesting as a webmaster products, but would be happy to get a new one, specializing in affiliate marketing niche. So if some one has an idea of good affiliate program, let us know. Thanks a lot.
Just refer webmasters to join AcclaimNetwork affiliate programs - the pay out is up to $102 per new active affiliate. You would be hard pressed to match the payout with any other program.
Webmaster resources? You mean something to offer to webmasters? If you're targeting new/to-be a webmaster, you should recommend them web hosting services through your referral link, maybe the one you're currently using. But if you're targeting those who are already a webmaster, then something more technical stuffs like tutorials on "how to use Cpanel", "how to design your own graphics" or "how to drive traffic to your website"... all these are hot topics for webmasters. If you're lazy to do a thorough search for these affiliate programs, Clickbank should have all the answers. For more sophisticated research, Google would be a better options for the job.
