I've recently started an affiliate program for sports websites that is in "beta mode" right now but seems to be working fairly well. The site basically specializes in pro football and baseball photographs, and I've tried to structure it in such a way that it's pretty generous. If you do have a site that converts well in terms of sending links, it should be a great way to earn pretty significant revenue since I've been fortunate that the layout of the site seems to do a good job closing sales.
