Agree One thing can be a trouble, most good paying CPA offers are for US / UK / Australia / Canada. I am not sure where is your traffic mostly from. If you a shit load of US traffic, then signup for neverblue. You will probably make more money promoting ringtones, crush calculator or toolbar downloads.
i've got a math site for kids and have really found nothing (affiliate program) that works.... I can't see anyone paying for registrations for kids, given the various issues with registering minors You can make money selling stuff, look for "hooked on phonics", maybe Rosetta Stone and any software or subscription that features learning or entertainment for kids. Look for products you think might sell from various merchants, etc. Nothing easy to do, but lot's of things to try. i make about 90 cents CPM with adsense.
Here's what you do buddy go to the link in my sig, sign up, once accepted - choose the affiliate programs from their "downloadable" category. All kinds of e-cards, smileys, screensavers, music downloads, etc etc .. that will work good with your site.
