Well, have you checked out Kontera's in-text advertising program? I think they pay through paypal. Haven't tried it yet but I have seen content ads on many sites.
I dunno where you have been but almost every affiliate program pays with paypal and unfortunatley for me I cant recieve money via paypal, but if your looking for a decent affiliate program that converts very well try my siggy, I joined them 8 days ago refferred 38 uniques made 2 sales already and a lot of people return back to the site, the number of raw clicks is almost double my uniques. The best part is that they pay recurring commissions and they do iniatiate payments via paypal in case your in doubt. The commission is a bit low I get $3.99 per refferal month after month but when you make ten sales it increases to $4.99 Im willing to help you if your keen on joining under me you can refer people up to 5 levels. A lot of get paid to and paid survey sites offer paypal payments FAST and some instantly via inhouse referral and affiliate programs to promote their sites. I really wish Commission Junction offered this payment option.
