Hi all I am looking to see which affiliate(s) have the best commission ratio from small affiliates to the large affiliates. For example, rxnic.com offers 45% to start, then the bigger guys get 53% with more sales. I am looking for affiliate programs that start small, but get big quickly. i.e. 20% then to 50%+ Thanks
