Hey guys, I am the owner of a new site launching this week that has job openings. I am not going to mention the site here though because that is irrelevant at the moment. First let me explain the aim of my post. My website sells graphic design elements for people to purchase and use in their own design needs. Currently I am the only designer on this site but am looking to hire a couple more freelance designers on a 50% commission base. Basically every product you have listed that sales you get 50% of the money after paypal fees. The site that is launching has a large support and backing of a pretty well known Graphics Design Software company so the site should be a productive one as the word spreads. I am looking for designers who specialize or do well in element design that is custom created (nothing stock). The site will feature a designer control panel that will familiarize you with the process of product creation all the way to your product being published on the website right down to you getting paid for your sales. The control panel will also host an area where you can view all sales that have been made on the website. This is for you to track whether or not I owe you money rather than you just taking my word for it. This feature is only about 50% complete at the moment. I am looking for professional people with professional attitudes with good communication skills and fluent in speaking English. You will become a part of the community and very close group of people who interact kindly and professionally on a daily bases. The way you conduct yourself will be expected as much. If you are interested please reply back with a link to your portfolio or something equivalent so that I may review your design work. We also have a large need for a designer good with vector elements at the moment. I will not be contacting people whos work has shown interest until the control panel for designers to view sales stats and other items are complete. This will probably be no longer than a month. I just wanted to get a jump start and plan ahead and see if anyone has any interest in this opportunity. Your work will be freelance and you will be responsible for tracking your own earnings for tax purposes or other. This is a steady working position but you work at your own pace at your own time. At any time you would feel that you no longer wish to design for us you are free to go as you please. At this time we will remove all of your designs from the site as they are your property. In some cases we may offer to buy the rights to a particular product or products so that we may continue selling them on our site. Again please post back if any of this is of any interest to you.
