I am in the final stages of getting ready to launch a news site aimed at the more wacky and weird news stories. I have an banner spot at the top of the page and I am debating whether to use it for an affiliate program or a paid link (ok it's a new site so the cost will be cents to start with). Anyone know of a suitable affiliate program to go with this sort of site?
Fill it with affiliate space for the time being. If someone is interested in buying the spot (and don't expect that for a while) then the affiliate banners are easily removed enough.
