hi all I am new to affiliate markettting.I am planning to promote some produtcs. But I have no idea how I will get visitors. So I am planning to buy some traffics.is it a good move?
I wouldn't buy traffic if you don't know what you're doing.... The only traffic WORTH buying is traffic that's already been researched for certain keywords. It would be the only traffic that will convert to any of your affiliate programs. If you want to invest in some knowledge to where you can start affiliate marketing, check out blackhatguide.net and you will find some real hidden gems to where you can get traffic onto your website using some valuable affiliate marketing methods.
Malluwood Before you "buy" traffic, you should probably start with education. 1. Does the owner of the affiliate products offer any training or resources? 2. If you're an affiliate through clickbank, they have a lot of resources for you to read and start learning. 3. Do a google search on traffic generation, and you will get more information than you will ever be able to go through. Unfortunately, you will have to weed through all the ads, and nonsense, but if you keep researching, reading, learning and applying, eventually you will break through. Set up a free email account, and request training/learning reports offered for free, but knowing that you will then be on a mailing - maybe a good thing, maybe not. Depends on the value of information their giving you. BTW, the absolute best way to pre-sell any product, is to first give away something of value to your prospect free (i.e. artice, report, ebook, etc.) Good luck Jennifer Nowland "The Free Tip Marketer"
Don't take this personally, but asking a question like that just indicates to me that you are standing in line to lose a lot of Money You're gonna need far more training than what you will acquire here from just asking sporadic questions and getting answers from unqualified individuals PM me if you would like my recommendation to a resource that I feel is one of the best in this industry ( however it comes with a price tag of 29.95 per month. so if you are not prepaired to spend that, then don't bother PMing me)
For a decent grounding in using articles to market affiliate products check out "The Bum Marketing Method" http://www.bummarketingmethod.com/ Costs you nothing but some time to do the reserach and writing
People are making money out of what you're describing but these people have experience and probably lost a dollar or two trying. Most important thing you should work on is analyzing your results and optimizing your traffic so you'll only buy traffic which converts and makes you more money then you pay.
PPC, like Google Adwords, is another option, but you really need to know what you are doing or you'll get you fingers burnt. I also heard that Facebook PPC is a lot cheaper than Adwords, and you can better target your audience, eg. by gender, age group, location, etc. So if you have some cash to spend maybe you can learn PPC by starting with Facebook before you try your luck with Adwords.
Try clickbank until you want to get serious. I have been an affiliate of the program in my signature for about 6 years now. Never looked back.
