Hello Everyone, I am thinking about getting into affiliate marketing, but I need some basics explained! What is affiliate marketing, and how can I earn from it? Also are there any costs to starting it? Thanks
Affiliate marketing basically means that you sell a product for another company and they pay you a comission for it. You can be paid either by click, impression or action. As for cost, it really depends on you. If you can make a website, write copy, market your website, manage your advertisers, etc., then it won't cost much more than hosting and your time. If you need help to do any or all of these, than it could cost you substantially more. Read all you can on this and other forums before you jump into it.
Like said above. And to be good at it you need to have some funds available for advertising. But if you choose the right advertiser you dont need a website just use referal link straight back to thiers. (not all allow it) Check out Shoemoney, he has written some great things on this subject.
