This site has it's own very good 61 page PLR Ebook that is currently set up at $27 but you can set the price to whatever you'd like, or I can do it for you.

It also has has it's own Affiliate Marketing Page that provides your affiliates with graphics as well as instructions on how to sell your product on their website or through articles or with other forms of marketing. The site is SEO friendly and has been submitted to the search engines. I've also made it FCC compliant with a Disclaimer page, Privacy Page and Terms of Service page. All of these are required now by the FCC, and they cost quite a bit to have done.

I'll set the site up on your web host for free and will push the domain to your Godaddy account free AFTER the 45 day guarantee period is up. If you don't have a web hosting provider I can help you get set up with a great Green one that's really cheap, and I can also help you get set up with an autoresponder service if you need it. I'll install the capture form on the site for free as well.

I design websites and was going to keep this one to do some Internet Marketing in the Affiliate Marketing niche but I quickly lost interest.. so I'm selling it cheap. I'm losing money on it, but you're getting a very good deal.

I have no idea if it's getting traffic because I just installed Analytics today.. but it hasn't made any sales so the traffic is probably minimal. With the domain being close to a year and a half old though it should be pretty easy to build some ranking with it if you market it.
