Its an affiliate marketing site but I've tried to make it as far away from one as possible :p

Only just put up this site today so not sure how successful it is.

I really like the background, but the title is kind of ugly and hard to read.

First, the font for "a helping hand" is very difficult to read. A dark font on a dark background is never a good idea.

Second, the links are hard to see. They are a very faint color, also on a dark background and unless you happen to roll over them, you hardly know they're there.

Third, the graphic, while being nice looking, has absolutely nothing to do with learning a new language. In order to be effective, graphics should enhance the text on the page.

You should also consider dumping the tiny stylesheet inset on the page and just go to individual html or php pages. The way you have it set up right now, it's difficult to see the graphics you used showing the products because they're so small due to the constraints of the stylesheet. With a full page, you wouldn't have this problem and could better display your wares.

This would also allow you to add a lead capture box so you could start building a list.

The design doesn't make me think about learning a language...
    (Female hands holding an apple?)

The text "A Helping Hand" is both irrelevant and impossible to read

Finally, the fact that your only content is within iframes means that no search engine is going to pick up this website for anything...

You are probably going to want to re-think this...
Sorry, but personally, I would start from skratch with this one...

The layout and designs are looking great. Try to make the innermost layout into little bit larger in size.

Although the sites got a "cool" design and is rather nice, it's probably not the best for what you're trying to achieve (which I presume is affiliate sales).

The reason so many people go for crappy looking sales pages and review sites is because it works.

The idea with a website is to make it as simple as possible and unfortunately yours is just not. If people can't work out how to click your links and navigate around they're not going to be able to purchase your affiliate products.

Perhaps it could read more easily and better use of space.
