Hello everyone. I have a doubt, anyone ever tried to do affiliate marketing in different languages, lets say, French, Spanish, Mandarin? Is this possible to do? Might it be profitable? I really appreciate your comments on the subject. Good Day to everyone
It happens, and is very possible and profitable - In general your competition is much less, but you need to know someone who knows the language to help you set-up your campaigns
It's in practice already. Most CPA Networks now have exclusive banners for non-English speaking countries! We too
There is a huge market for non-english speaking countries that are just now starting to get tapped into. There is plenty of room and lots of money to be had in the international markets. You just need to hook up with someone that can translate properly for you and you'll start banking.
Actually I can do it by myself since I speak prefectly several languages. Think i'll give it a try. Thanks.
I live in Brazil, so I have some experience with affiliate marketing here. However, it's much harder to make money writing ads in portuguese than in english. I suggest you to try different languages and countries only if you are an experienced affiliate and have a lot of money to lose until you learn how to create profitable campaigns for foreign people.
i'm from pakistan and i m marketing my web hosting in pakistan india and bangladesh our all languages are same thats why my all businesse and clients done through local language
misterdonman, I worked in another vertical prior to LF dealing with AM and international traffic and am quite familiar with the topic at hand. Not sure if you are seeking to market outside the US, but here is some food for thought. 1. Make sure you translate your pages by a local. 2. Just because your page is translated does not mean the user will be able to purchase the item. Each country has different ways they pay for items. You/Your Sponsors must provide multiple payment methods. If you users can't pay, you make no money. Here is another example- Let's say you translate a page in Spanish, but the sponsors call Center's CSR's only speak English. Not too much help then... That then totally defeated what you were trying to attempt. Hope this sheds some light... -=Chipmunk=-
misterdonman, I just read a really good article today that I think may help you. Hope this helps and best of luck!
Thank you so much to everyone for your advices and comments, I really appreciate them. Have a good day
