Hilarious! I instantly stop reading when I see a dynamic landing page like that. If an advertiser is going to go out of their way to actually deceive me about where they are from, they won't be getting my business. Best yet is when the geo-targeting doesn't work well enough, and gives you a location nowhere near where you currently are. When I lived in a rural area it was always easy to spot dynamic content like that
