I am working on incorporating into an LLC. I'm looking for any and all wisdom I can get on the subject before I talk to some professionals. I like to be prepared. I am wondering what other affiliates are working their companies as (LLC, S Corp, Corp, etc) and why. Additionally, with an LLC does the company take on it's own credit score and tax id? I'm curious because I figure companies are going to be more aggressive with company credit limits and such. Currently I am a Sole Prop and run everything through my SSN, but I want to separate it out. Lastly, I'd like to know what places are good for incorporating? Is there any online place that makes it easier? Thanks! Jonathan
From my research I've found that Shoemoney runs an S-Corp and Paul from UberAffiliate also runs an S-Corp... Anyone know why an S-Corp would be best for affiliate marketers?! Thanks!
