I've been reading a lot of this forum and there are a ton of people that are just completely "lost." Stop looking for short cuts and get yourself organized. What has helped me recently is just jotting down 5-10 tasks to perform and doing them. Make these tasks as specific as possible. I'll post todays checklist as an example: 1. Fix side bar based on analytics - Based on my "Hop" data, I'll rearrange how products are shown on my sidebar. 2. Analyze Sales and Figure out how to make Sales Monday thru Thursday - You all know about my issue of getting the majority of my sales on the weekends. 3. Landing Page page for Gladiator Body - Just realized I get a lot of links from Ezine articles to this landing page, but not many sales from non-mailing list subscribers. 4. Article to Gladiator Body - Need to write another article to send traffic to the Glad Body product 5. Ezine Article to Turbulence - Have only one ezine article sending traffic t this landing page 6. PPC to Mailing List - Optimize my PPC to grab more targeted emails for my mailing list 7. Write Blog Post - Write a blog post. I usually send out mass mailing almost every day - I'm thinking of sending them out only on the weekends 8. Ezine Article to Naked Commando - I get huge commissions for this product, so I might double up on the ezine marketing for this product. Hope this helps!
