One of the hardest things for managers is how to make sure they work efficiently - efficiently means earning $$$ I suggest following "Pareto principle" 20-80. as long as you remember that 80% of your revenues are being generated by 20% of your clients (the valuable affiliates, customers, employees, etc) you will WIN! If you dont follow this you will find your self spending 80% of the time and efforts on these 20% of the time sucking none profitable things and then its a sign that you are not efficiently targeted.
