Hey guys I was wondering if you could explain the experience you have with your AM. I'm getting pretty frustrated with mine and I want to change it, anyone know how this can be done?

I send him an IM say whatsup he says chilin, I ask him a question and it's been 20 minutes and I have gotten no response. I send him an IM yestorday to talk to him he says there is a fire give me a bit. I imed him again a few times and I was just being put off. I ask for help on which ads can be reccomended and he just says try different things, and I finally got annoyed and said YES I know I can try stuff but I'm asking for your help, I've been trying different things for 2 weeks and between 2 sites getting over 30,000 unique users I should be making more than I'm making now so I guess Azoogle isn't for me when he finally gives me a few offers.

I don't want to get the guy in trouble or anything like that, maybe he is just really busy? Maybe he has too many accounts to handle? How is your experience with your AM and again if someone can tell me how to request an AM change that would be great.

    Nash123,

Email mitchell at azoogleads.com. Mitch is the head of affiliate management and will get you re-assigned. Don't worry about hurting feelings, it wouldn't be the first or the last time that someone asked to work with someone different. Apologize for the mishap.

    Alex

I am not exactly sure what an affiliate maanger is supposed to do. I basically just im mine when I have a problem. Asking for recommendations is pretty much pointless. Because the answer you get is usally "just try a few and see" or "this and that is our best converting offer".

Yeah sometimes it is just a matter of personalities and work styles. I know of three different AMs one is mine, and two other for people I know. They are all a bit different. No harm in finding someone who better suits my needs.

I appreciate my AM because they have adjusted their style to suit me, and has made me feel very comfortable and well supported.
