There's a merchant whose had some goods I can think of how to sell one-by-one, but the aff link only goes to the top page. Are there any good techniques to preload load the aff cookie, such as via a hidden iframe to the top page, then open the deep link, for instance. Do merchants or the aff programs frown on such techniques?
