    Service Tax or Income Tax?
You have to pay your taxes if you exceed your 1,80,000 Rs per year limit in your bank account. (for males).

No idea about service tax. However, as far as im concerned, 5 lacs/ per year income limit will be for salaried employes only, NOT for self employed professionals or freelancers, which include internet marketers, affiliate marketers or people who offer various types of online services.
