I`m running a toolbar hosted offer (where you create your landing page and host the toolbar in you site) so i implemented a cookie code that include my affiliate link and conversion should happen when the user download and install that toolbar but when i test my site also when running Google adwords campaign what i never see even 1 conversion, and i find out the problem by testing the user should delete his browser cookie before he enter my site and download and install of the toolbar in this case the conversion will counted in the CPA network but if the user never delete his browser cookie before entering my site and downloading and installing of the toolbar the conversion never counted in the CPA network so normal user will never delete cookie so i never get a single conversion so how i can solve this problem ?
Have you tried asking your affiliate manager? Or, if it is a direct affiliate program send an e-mail to the developer and ask them about the problem. I am guessing they may not be much help as they want unique installs, not repeat installs on machines. Perhaps trying a newer toolbar that fewer people will have installed.
