Up for sale is a hip hop samples niche website. This site is monetized using Tradebit affiliate links. I have had this domain name since 2008 and had a successful site with it then using Tradebit but after being hacked in 2009, I deleted the original site and used it as a forward to another site I own. In March of this year I had some free time on my hands so I started rebuilding it at first as a CPA Autoblog but then decided to convert it to a Tradebit affiliate site in May as I like the commissions you can earn selling kits people are looking for.

The site gets about 250 visits per day through Search engines, as well as Youtube, Squidoo, Facebook & Blogger links that I have had in place for years. It is a Wordpress custom design and has a lot of great free and premium plugins as well as additional themes.

The only reason I am selling this site is that I start my new job on Monday and since the Tradebit links have to be added manually, I will not have time to keep the site up-to-date. The CPA section of the site is currently hidden but if you wanted to you could make it visible and add your code to monetize it.
