    Creatoir dot com pays recurring commission of $14.99 and a 2nd tier commission for sub-affiliate sales, $4.99. The 2nd tier commission is also on a recurring basis. I hope this helps.

    The most lucrative three affiliate programs (standalone) that I've run into thus far:

    1. Shareasale (20th)
    2. CJ (16th)
    3. Hide My IP (55% of sale, pays 1st and 15th)

    I linked the HMI program (plain link, no affiliate ID attached) so you could check things out. Top salesmen are making 4-5 figures a month (I know, hard to believe, but if you setup an Adwords campaign and Bing campaign, grab free vouchers and promote the heck out of it, you won't spend a dime advertising and come out good).

    rewardsguy007 said right, you should try CPA.
    Generally most of CPA networks has a referral program.
    For example we pay twice a month and our referral program is 7%. In average it's from 5 to 10 percent in various networks.

    There are a number of affiliate programs in this high end affiliate product, most pay monthly and their affiliate commissions pay between $60 and $490 for a single sale. Don't know if that's the sort of thing you're looking for! Hope your campaigns go well whatever you choose.
