Affiliate Company for Proxy Site?

    I am looking for an affiliate program that will accept a proxy site into their system. I prefer them to pay paypal! Anyone have any ideas?

    Do you know of any that pay via Paypal? I am one of those worry warts who doesn't like giving out his information to thousands of affiliate programs.
