Affiliate Cloner - SEO friendly?

Some say that cloaking of affiliate links is essential to protect the affiliate commissions so that they are not stolen.

But some are of the opinion that affiliate cloaking will have a negative effect on the search engines.

    Which is the correct one?

Could the webmasters or affiliates share their experience on using Affiliate Cloner?

    Cheers,
    Markov.

I think the forum members are busy in holiday season, so staying away from giving the answer. Please do respond to it.

Not entirely sure what you mean by stealing affiliate commissions. Your affiliate ID is not a private piece of info. Nor would anyone else want it, it makes only you money..

Nonetheless, to answer your question: We do cloak our links.. More as a style issue and usability for end-users...
