can you put an affiliate ad + an adsense ad on the same site ?

does anyone use clickbank ? if so does it work alright for you ?

if you find a niche that doesnt have many sites related to it, and make a free blogger blog. than find a product related to that.

do you think under those circumstances you might do alright selling the product ?

I ask because I have spent $200 in my first week of this due to lack of knowledge around good hosting sites and I can't be spending more money at the moment, yet I have time to work on blogs/sites.
