    I have got this stuff from the rules here.

    I have seen many threads started just to complete a survey..
    is that allowed,??

    ^^ That is a clear violation of the rules. Just use the report Post button next time instead of starting a thread.

    Helvetii is correct. Use the bad post report to alert us. As T0P's so well put it, "We all speed from time to time and do not get a ticket, but sooner or later we all get caught for breaking traffic rules or breaking posting guidelines. Just report rule breakers and we will handle problem.

    the only difference between breaking traffic laws and making disallowed posts, after you speed without getting caught its forgotten, make a disallowed post and its there forever till we catch it or its reported.
