    First check all backlinks and Onpage seo as well content.
    Must update content of your site. and remove all spamy links from site.
    Do not force on Off page task. give your more and more attenuation toward on Content.

    It will help you surely.

    Take it easy on the links. Earn their trust back with legit unique content, then work in relevant links. Sometimes though if you curse your site too much it may be worth starting on a fresh slate on a different domain.

    The penalytu is normally algorithmic and thus requires no reconsideration request. Fix items that cuased the penalty and then wait it out and the penalty will drop. Only manual penalties require a reconsideration request.
