    don't buy from this men, i'm thier client, support is bad, server switching without transfer account's. i have lost more then 15 websites because of them, i have proves.

    www.sferamigati-team.com more then 5 days to resolve this.

    What do you mean support is bad?
    We provide Live Chat support, Ticket Support and e-mail support and yet we didn't receive any complaints from there or any request for help.
    And yes, we did have one server switch 2 weeks before the old server expired, we told all users to check if their clients account were transferred, without response from you, we taken that there were no problems. Perhaps you ought to check your client area more often. This 2 weeks period is more than enough time for you to contact us so we can quickly transfer everything, and once again, I was not aware of this until you have posted on my thread. I'm not sure what you mean by this "more then 5 days to resolve this" though.

    Anyhow, I do apologize for the inconvinience cause from this miscommunication and there's better things in life than posting hate comments on every hosting thread (according to your previous posts).

    i know because i paid for your services, you passed from 1 euro hosting to veeble without passing one single account just only your client's accounts. without say anything you blocked my sites and now you are one good person?

    5 days to resolve this and the thing you talk is you can't do nothing?

    I will not apologize because is true, only scam's and migrations.

    What are you going on about, the hosting has some downtime but I've seen worse, so far it's pretty descent for such a cheap price.

    Yeah i know my opinion doesn't mean much for some one with no posts no Itrader.

    Blocked your sites? What do I earn from doing that. You completely mistaken the case here. We move every account manually. Primary and secondary accounts. It was your responsibility to check your Client Area and click My E-Mails if you didn't receive anything to ensure you are updated with our doings. 5-Days to resolve? Dude, you opened a support ticket asking me to move your accounts like 1 week after the old server was closed down, and we given you 2-Weeks to do that. Is it our fault? Don't make me take out all the e-mail logs.

    Thanks for being very 'formal' here, i'm sure everyone can see the true person you are.

    Your ticket was asking where you accounts went after the old server was gone, we gave you a good 2 weeks once again to get set on the new server. And during this 2 weeks you didn't open a single support request, only once after the old server was gone.

    So yes, continue ranting on my thread. All words. It was only ONE migration. Its not a downtime and its not poor service. Just one migration that you were unaware of cause you didn't check. Just take a look at your own website, you have much more significant downtimes than Aerosol ever do, please stop being hypocrite and unprofessional.

    I'm sorry if this may be offending, but its either your not literate or your just not able to understand what I'm saying.
    Clearly, Aerosol has been offering hosting for a much longer period than you have, why the hell would we be going around trying to scam people?

    Yes it is our responsibility to move your accounts which we did for everyone, you should had taken some initiative to check that we transferred your client's accounts too. Like I said above if you didn't read, we would had transferred it if we knew that they weren't already transferred, the e-mail said so and the announcement as well, it said "If there is any problems you encounter like missing accounts, please contact us", you only contacted us after the old server was shut down, we had already given you 2 weeks to contact us, how were we to know they weren't transferred? Also, in case you aren't aware, your account was transferred.

    Apache down and high server load? Please stop making things up. Your talking about the fact your clients weren't transferred to the new server and now your talking about this? Wow, it seems that you are the liar here trying to stir up trouble.

    Whatever floats your boat. Also once again, how are we scamming? We offered the service. We didn't run off.
    How is that scamming?

    Also, what language do you speak? I'm going to try and get a translator cause it seems as though your making me repeat myself each time or you just don't get the point at all.
