Has anyone seen the Aerogarden? I've seen this in several stores now and I'm fascinated by it. It uses less than 60 watts of power to grow stuff like herbs, salad and cherry tomatoes indoors. I thought it took much higher wattage bulbs to grow plants like this.
theres mixed results from what i hear. You can only grow with there specialized seeds. not all plants work only a handful.
Actually, I've read a lot of reviews online and very few of them have been negative. There's even quite a few videos posted on youtube along with good reviews. From what I've read, those reviews that were negative were probably from people who didn't add the nutrient tablet or forgot to add water every other week. Maybe in their next version of Aerogarden they'll make it 100% effortless and have a huge holding tank of water and a hopper where you can feed it 10 or so nutrient tablets.
