Publisher Agreement

[1] Unacceptable Sites

AeesyMedia reserves the right to block any site without prior notice.
It is generally forbidden to place AeesyMedia ads on:
- Sites that are unfinished, without contents or one serving solely for ad display.
- Password pretected sites.
- Sites that violate copyright laws (illegal spreading of MP3, games, software, cracks, music...).
- Sites promoting hate towards specific groups of people (racist, political, religious hate, hate against different sexuality etc.).
- Sites inciting illegal activities (how to assemble a bomb, hacking, spamming).
- Sites sending out unrequested e-mails (spam).
- Sites inciting violating rules of AeesyMedia systems or any other system (how to make fake hits /clicks etc.).
- Sites with extremely low or no attendance.
- Sites containing anything that may insult or talk down specific group of people.
- Sites violating laws of Slovak Republic, law and principles of European Union.
- Sites violating laws of United Stats of America.
- Sites violating laws of the site hosting country.
- Sites with majority of traffic coming from the countries of Asia (except Japan), Araby and/or Africa.
- Sites not belonging to the category user has chosen when inserting the pages into AeesyMedia system.
AeesyMedia may block any user, anytime, for violation, or suspicion of violation, of these rules.
In case of blocking user´s account the user is not entitled, in any way, to receive commission payment from AeesyMedia system.
AeesyMedia is not mandatory to inform the publisher about user account blocking.
[2] Fraudulent Impressions

Any unauthorized and fraudulent way to raise the number of ad displays is taken as serious violation of AeesyMedia system rules.
It is strictly forbidden to use automatic page refresh (auto-refresh) on sites with AeesyMedia ads. It is also strictly forbidden to place AeesyMedia ads on sites without contents and to subsequently display these pages on other sites through iframe.
Also use of „traffic bot“ software and software for automatic fake visitor generations are seen as the grave violation of the rules.
I tis strictly forbidden to display AeesyMedia ads via proxy services.
[3] Termination

AeesyMedia reserves the right to anytime block an account of any publishers in case it suspects him of AeeesyMedia system rule violation or system usage in a way that may damage the AeesyMedia renown, etc. The user is not entitled, in any case, to pay out the earned commission or any part of it.

 

@why u r not checking in beginning ...we are earning too much amount...thats why u break my account canu see my site and wht we violate?fraud........

 

Hey publishers,
I just want remind you, that is prohibited using our ads in BLANK pages without content, on sites with majority traffic from ASIA (except India, and Japan), using our ads on sites created solely for ad display.
Some publishers was suspended, but I am sure, that all of those have break our rules (in 95% cases was breached part one of our publisher agreement - Unacceptable Sites).

 

we r from india only ok...we r not violating ur TOS..but pbm is we r earning more money tht is the main pbm for u thats why u delete my account...ok no one think aeesy is good they r scam..............

 

Dont Misguide people with your false story. I was using your service on One site from day 1 and got paid one time , this time becuase u have to pay me more then Euro 25 you have deleted my account.

You are scam for sure. Whether your survive on your small payment proof but who cares when there are many reliable sources like Mediashakers , Globaltakeoff , Smowtion.

I lost my account too...after waiting for 6 days .....after requesting for payout.

This guy manually verified my site. I gave him logins to check the site much prior to activation.... and he checked and ensured that its fine.

Infact sent a message saying I will increase your eCPM values as you seem to have great traffic from india..


but today..... account deleted...as iam not able to login.. and while trying to reset password .... it said no account with that email ID.

This payment is a special gift from aeesy.com in late 2010 and early 2011. Not bad for a newbie to my classmates, just an addition to motivation because there is a class that is aeesy.com CPM program that really pays my efforts: D

 

I have lost 51 Euros. Sure this is a Scam site. They took 2 days to verify my site and now telling that violating the rules. Are you fooling all the webmasters or yourself. Dont Scam. I request all the webmaster to stop using aeesy.com

I have good traffic from India. Is there anybody who knows good CPM network.

 

definitely a scam site. I got my account deleted after cashing out 16 euros. Everyone should remove their crappy ads now.

 

They deleted my account as well. I joined after they sent me several e-mails to an e-mail address to the domain that I used to advertise their layer ads. This will be the last time that I join a site who feels the need to send out unsolicited e-mails. I received 3 spam messages from them at 5 different domain e-mail addresses for a total of 15 spam messages in one day. After reading the posts here, I decided to give them a try, which I now see was a mistake.

Not only is Aeesy a scam, but the ads were intrusive and difficult to close.

well and they don't pay also, i made 16/18 euro's a day, but now they have to pay, My account is deleted.
