    Yes you can,but only one time per account,otherwise google will ban you.

    account opening.

    I wish google would cut it out with these stupid things. They just muck up the works in competitive niches. People don't treat it as their own money, (because it's not), so they jack up bids and throw off legit advertisers campaigns temporarily. I hate them.
