    I have just started a new adwords campaign and I am not getting the CTR i want. Do I have to just read up on the process a bit better?

    Very vague question to be honest...

    Low CTR can be down to a dozen of factors.

    Crap ad copy.
    Wrong keywords chosen.
    Too low a bid hence only featured on page 6.
    Quality competition.
    Advertised to death.

    Try to have the colors of an Ad the closely as possible to colors of your site. Next step is putting the Adsense Ad at the front of the site, that if somebody goes to your site he or she should see it.

    Hi, please try to choose the specific keywords. I guess you've chosen the general keywords.
