    i want to know the min fund to add to google adword to activate account
    and if adword accepte paypal as payment methode ?

    They don't accept paypal as a payment method but alternatively you may apply for a paypal mastercard and pay with it.

    You can try creating an account using free advertising credit of INR 1500.

    There us not activation fee. Infact if you add INR 4000 then you will get free credit of INR 6000 means in INR 4000 you can advertise for INR 10,000

    It just depends on your cost per click. There is no activation fee but you must put in a credit card to be able to pay for the clicks you receive.

    Google doesn't accept PP. It's only credit/debit card or bank account, I think.
