    I wanted to post some ads on my blog! but i have no bank account!!
    so how can i get use of this google AdWords now ?

    Adwords can be funded with a credit card, but wanting to "post some ads on your blog" makes it seem like you're actually interested in Adsense, which doesn't require a bank account either.
