Adwords use banning AdSense TOS

top4sites.net I found results for this site in Google's sponsored listing.

Do a search on anything and see the amazing content fetched

I put top4sites on my adsense filter several months ago.

 

Is it against the TOS? This site exists for a long time,
and it's also in my competitive ad filter.

I'm a bit unsuire what your actual query was here. I too added this site to my filter but they are not actually doing anything wrong

 

You tell me whats right there? Search for any term and hit the search button...all u can see is Google Ads...no content whatsoever...Thats gainst the TOS!!!

 

They must have a very high CTR.

 

What about the 4 sites listed at the bottom of the page? They are not google ads.

I agree its horrible and cheating but I dont think they are going to be banned unless the rules change.
